Focus Media Marketing is delighted to announce that the sponsor of the England team, Nationwide Building Society has appointed Focus Media to handle their regional newspaper promotions activity for next year’s World Cup finals in South Africa.

Already planned for September, October and December is a series of free poster giveaways. The first, entitled, We’re Going To The World Cup features a picture of the England team prior to their stunning 5-1 victory against Croatia on September 9. The second, to be promoted after their final group game against Belarus on October 14 will be called, How We Got To The World Cup and will feature a montage of pictures from each of the qualifying games.
The final one in the trilogy will be a World Cup Wall Chart which will be available from December 5 onwards, the day after the draw for the finals has been made.
